PAYMENT TERMS & ENROLLMENT POLICY

Private Alignment Container - Effective Date: March 3, 2026

By completing payment, Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Enrollment

Payment secures Client’s enrollment in the Private Alignment Container coaching program.

Enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

2. Fees & Payment Commitment

The total program fee is as selected at checkout.

If Client selects a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation, scheduling, early termination, or perceived results.

Failure to complete installment payments does not release Client from financial responsibility.

3. Payment Plans

For installment options:

Payments are automatically charged according to the selected billing schedule.

Client authorizes Lindsay Trimarchi Coaching to charge the payment method on file for all scheduled payments.

Installment plans are a courtesy and not a subscription that may be canceled to avoid remaining balance.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once enrollment is completed.

Because coaching services reserve time, availability, and intellectual property access, refunds are not provided for any reason, including change of mind or scheduling conflicts.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a payment dispute, Lindsay Trimarchi Coaching reserves the right to provide this agreement and supporting documentation to the payment processor and pursue recovery of owed funds.

6. No Guarantees

Coaching is developmental and educational in nature. Results depend on Client participation and application. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

8. Agreement to Terms

By completing payment, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Enrollment Policies.
